How much is the rush fee?
Rush fee is $25 (within 2 days) or $35 (next day after 6pm). It is also available online to be added to custom orders.

How much are custom clothes and items that are not on the website?
Pricing depends on design.

Detail - Please be as specific as possible. Include images and examples (if applicable). Color scheme, glitter or not, font, etc.
Can senior sets be ordered as birthday sets?
Yes they can. Place the order the same way and let us know in the note section (year of birth, zodiac sign, & name).
How do I order a youth/toddler set?
For youth/toddler sizes, please email us at alasiaduncan99@gmail.com.
Can I order now if I am not in graduation class of this year?
Yes. You can always request any custom item.
How will I pay if the items aren’t on your website?
After prices are discussed and confirmed, an invoice will be sent to your email to pay via online checkout. The FULL payment must be made before an order has started. Cash (BEFORE any service has started), ApplePay, and on the website are the ONLY forms of payment accepted.
Do you provide the clothing/items?
Yes. Most clothing for custom items are provided (except jacket, jeans, etc).
Can I get a discount if I provide my own shirt/item?
NO, a discount will NOT be added if you provide your own shirt/item.
Can I get a preview of my design before paying?
Two previews are allowed before payment BUT for another only after a FULL payment is made.
How many revisions am I allowed?
When discussing your design, you are only allowed 4 revisions, unless the description of the item says otherwise. Meaning you are allowed to change or add a design, take off a design, etc., up to 4 times after we come up with an initial design.
Can I get a refund if I no longer want to go on with the order?
You have 12 hours to cancel your order! After that NO REFUNDS ON ANY ORDERS !!
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Processing time for all custom orders is 5 - 14 business days and 5 - 20 business days during holidays (excluding weekends and closed days).
With an approved rush fee, processing time for a custom order is 3 - 8 and 5 - 12 days during holidays (excluding weekends and closed days)
Shipping typically takes 1 - 5 business days
Where are you located for pickup?
We are located in North Charleston, SC. Specific address is given when the order is ready for pickup via email or sms.
We are also located in Orangeburg, SC for the months August - November 2023.
Where do you ship to?
We ship in the US! As of July 14, 2024, we are now shipping INTERNATIONALLY.
