Orders are processed in the order they are received in. Processing takes approximately up to 5 business days (Monday-Friday). This may change due to high order volume. After processing, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking info within 2 or 3 days, please email us and let us know.

RETURNED POLICY:
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. The shipping fee is NOT refundable. For sanitary reasons we do not issue refunds nor do we exchange items for another type or style. Again, NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS & NO EXCHANGES!

MISTAKINGLY ORDERED:
To the customers who "mistakingly ordered" or those who want to cancel their order, we ARE NOT canceling anymore orders after May 1, 2021! I apologize if you don't want the item or items that you put in your cart and press 'SUBMIT' to place the order. However, once the sale go through you would have to wait until we ship that item out. We do ask that you DO NOT try and bash our company for something YOU did on your own. We don't force anyone to do what they don't want to do. Once you receive the product or products and you still don't want the item, you can give it to your friend, family or anyone else as a gift.
